This Privacy Policy explains how FastFlow ("FastFlow," "we," "us") handles information when you use the FastFlow iOS app. FastFlow is provided by DaSecure ("the Company"). Questions: privacy@dasecure.com.
FastFlow is designed to keep your data on your device. Depending on the features you use, the app works with:
We do not collect names, email addresses, precise location, contacts, or advertising identifiers.
If you grant access to Apple Health, FastFlow reads health metrics (such as heart rate, HRV, and SpO₂) solely to display what is happening in your body during a fast and to power on-device insights. In accordance with Apple's requirements:
You can review or revoke FastFlow's Health permissions at any time in the Apple Health app → Sharing → Apps.
When you connect a Garmin device, biometric data is relayed to FastFlow through Garmin's Connect / ConnectIQ system on your device. Your relationship with Garmin and Garmin's handling of your data are governed by Garmin's own privacy policy. FastFlow uses this data on your device and does not send it to the Company's servers.
FastFlow Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes all payments and manages billing; we receive only your subscription status (active/inactive), not your payment information. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
The in-app Shop recommends physical products (such as bone broth and electrolytes) from independent partner brands. When you choose to buy, FastFlow opens the partner's own website to complete your purchase. Any information you provide there (name, address, payment) is collected by that partner under their own privacy policy, not by FastFlow. We may include attribution parameters (e.g., a referral tag) in the link so the partner can credit the referral; these do not contain your personal information.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in this version of the app.
FastFlow is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). Fasting is not appropriate for children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Because your data stays on your device and in your private iCloud, it is protected by your device passcode/biometrics and Apple's iCloud security. No method of storage is 100% secure, but FastFlow minimizes risk by not collecting or centralizing your data.
We may update this policy as the app evolves (for example, if a future version adds an optional cloud-based AI Coach, we will update this policy and disclose what is transmitted). Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, noted in the app.
